This webinar will showcase three emerging Australian companies that are developing practical solutions to address some of the sector’s most pressing challenges:
- Axia Health Technologies (in partnership with MVP1 Ventures)- “Kellix iQ” An AI‑powered nurse platform designed by Registered Nurses to support clinical decision‑making, strengthen compliance, improve clinical governance, and assist providers in responding to workforce shortages across aged care and disability services.
- Lucivion – A data intelligence platform that connects with existing provider systems to transform operational and clinical data into actionable insights, risk alerts, dashboards, and reporting that support quality improvement and better decision-making.
- Kernl – An AI-enabled software platform helping care providers reduce administrative burden, streamline operational processes, and allow staff to focus more time on delivering high-quality care.

Who is facilitating?
Greg Moran
Greg is a Digital and Data lead in InnovAgeing team at Ageind Australia. He was a management consultant working nationally in digital health strategy, engagement and workforce development in Australia.
He has previously held senior roles in Government and industry across health and community care, and most recently in promoting and advancing digital health across Australia with the Australasian Institute of Digital Health (AIDH).
Jess Timmins
Jess is Co-founder of Kernl, an Australian software company building intuitive AI tools for care providers so they can specialise in people, not admin. She has over fifteen years’ experience across disability, aged care and education, specialising in care operations, quality and safety, audit and compliance and complex case management.
Jess was a founding team member at Hireup, where she led quality, safeguarding and regulatory work during a period of national growth, including achieving national provider registration and engaging with government on regulatory settings. She has given evidence to the Royal Commission into Aged Care Quality and Safety and a Senate Inquiry on Job Security.
Jess is also the co-founder of a dance group for people with disabilities, Dance Chance.
James Matthias
Jacinta Thompson
Jacinta Thompson has been a Registered Nurse for more than 40 years, working her way from the wards through nursing management, aged care and NDIS leadership, and Director of Nursing roles across Queensland Health services. She led the design, build and commissioning of a residential aged care facility and steered it through three accreditation cycles with no recommendations.
Jacinta is currently Director of Kellix iQ, where she guides the clinical governance, safety and market positioning of Kellix iQ, an AI Nurse platform built to ease workforce pressure, strengthen compliance and improve outcomes across aged care and NDIS. She is also Managing Director of Focused Health Care Pty Ltd, which she co-founded, setting the strategic and quality agenda across its Aged Care and NDIS services.
Jay Pandya
Jay Pandya is the Founder and CEO of MVP1 Ventures.
Before MVP1, Jay spent years leading digital transformation for major organisations across healthcare, financial services, government and enterprise. He arrived in Australia with two bags and $2,000, knowing no one in the country, and at 43 walked away from a lucrative consulting career to build something of his own.
Today he leads MVP1 Ventures, Zingify and BlackVault, its sovereign AI infrastructure product, and writes and speaks on platform business models and agentic AI in Forbes Australia, Business Insider and Dynamic Business.
