Board governance workshops are available on-demand for providers keen to prepare themselves for current and impending changes required of board members. A forensic lens into the expectations of board members under the Revised Quality Standards, once finalised, will ensure organisations are better placed to respond to these changes.

Additionally, the workshop will outline the new responsibilities such as advisory bodies, the oversight expectations of staff qualifications, skills and experience and the suitability of key personnel.

Organisations can add to the set content to customise their program, for both the board, and the executive team. This improves alignment with service provision and reporting to meet organisational compliance.

Embedding a peer support culture workshop and associated implementation framework maximises the leadership capacity and knowledge of the existing workforce, by creating effective supportive relationships between new employees and/or those new to the role and seasoned frontline care workers.

The relationship for matched peer supportees creates confidence to speak openly about how they are settling in, builds connection with other employees, provides clarification of job tasks to rectify any issues within the onboarding period, creating a sense of belonging.

For the matched peer supporters who provide both practical and emotional support, it enables the development of leadership skills and recognition of their contribution to a psychologically safe and inclusive workplace culture.
