Her expertise includes policy, risk, incident and complaints management. She excels at building consumer and quality advisory committees and translating complex regulatory requirements into practical, effective systems.

Mardi is a residential aged care specialist and registered nurse with 20+ years of clinical and leadership experience. She supports providers through compliance transitions under the Aged Care Quality Standards, using evidence-based tools to assess performance and drive improvement. Her expertise includes governance reviews, risk registers, SIRS, restrictive practices, and infection control.

A former facility and clinical manager, Mardi delivers targeted training, resource kits, and audit frameworks, integrating digital and AI tools to streamline systems. She is known for her practical, supportive and person-centred approach.
Loula Koutrodimos

Loula Koutrodimos

Ageing Australia Consultant
Loula is an aged care remediator, finance and governance expert with deep experience as an appointed eligible advisor, successfully returning providers to compliance and supporting site sales. She is a specialist in funding (including AN-ACC uplift), prudential compliance, audit readiness and strengthened standards (2024–25). She is also a registered nurse with a Masters in Nursing, dementia care focus, and has an ICU background.

Loula is a CPA qualified former CEO/CFO with experience in service commissioning, board leadership, clinical governance, risk, IT system integration, workforce design and training. Loula is values-based, evidence-driven and person-centred.

Anna is a registered nurse with over 20 years’ experience in aged care, specialising in reform readiness, clinical governance and compliance leadership. She has led national policy, quality and risk initiatives across residential and community care, translating complex regulatory requirements into practical, service‑ready systems.

Anna brings deep expertise in Support at Home transition, clinical governance, SIRS and continuous improvement. She has successfully delivered large‑scale service integration projects, managing teams of 300+ and budgets exceeding $25M. Known for a grounded, collaborative approach, Anna partners with providers to build sustainable, person‑centred solutions that strengthen quality, safety and client outcomes.
