CoP Meeting — Women Leading Innovation in Aged Care

CoP Meeting — Women Leading Innovation in Aged Care

Webinar overview

Community of Practice overview
Innovation in aged care is accelerating, and women are playing a critical role in shaping how organisations respond to reform, adopt new technologies and improve outcomes.
However, women remain underrepresented in many innovation, digital and technical roles, and their leadership is not always visible or fully leveraged. Strengthening women’s role in innovation is essential to building a more sustainable, responsive and future-ready aged care system.
Women Leading Innovation Community of Practice is one way to support connection, capability building and ongoing collaboration across the sector.
This is an opportunity to reflect, connect and strengthen the role of women driving innovation in aged care.
