Webinar overview

As providers prepare for the new Support at Home model, many are looking to AI to ease pressure on coordination, documentation and compliance. But without a clear pathway, adoption can be uncertain and risky.

This session introduces a sector-specific toolkit designed to guide aged care providers through the practical steps of AI integration. Built around a structured framework and five actionable tools, the session will walk you through use-case discovery, value and risk assessment, ethics review and prioritisation planning.

All participants will receive the full toolkit and printable templates to support internal planning, training and governance.

The aged care sector hears a lot about AI’s potential – but not enough about how to get started.

This session responds directly to that gap. It offers practical guidance, not just possibilities, with tools designed for real operational challenges. For providers unsure what suits their environment or how to move forward, this session provides the clarity and structure needed to take the first step with confidence.
