Interactive webinar – What is needed to uplift digital maturity across aged care

Strategic Innovation Program

Webinar overview

Australia’s National Digital Health Strategy 2023-28 places people at the centre of a connected and digitally enabled healthcare system by realising the benefits digital technology offers consumers and carers, health and aged care providers, and the wider community. This next phase of digital transformation will drive information sharing and advance real time data exchange to make information available when and where it’s needed, in line with consumer consent and strong privacy and cyber security standards.

Ageing Australia, in partnership with the Australian Digital Health Agency (the Agency) invite you to engage in a discussion to identify opportunities for an aged care, sector wide digital maturity uplift. This interactive webinar will provide:

  • An overview of the National Digital Health Strategy, priorities for the Agency’s aged care program and available resources to support Providers.
  • An overview of the Current State and Resources Required to Uplift Digital Maturity.
  • An opportunity to further explore supports required that will enhance digital capabilities and maturity:
    • Blockers to increasing digital maturity and adoption of digital health tools such as My Health Record.
    • Solutions to address barriers.
    • Training and education needs and modalities.

We hope you can join us for this webinar and the journey of developing resources and tools to uplift digital maturity across the sector.
