2025 Annual General Meeting
Ageing Australia’s 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held virtually at 2pm AEDT Monday 17 November.
The formal notice of meeting will be sent to Nominated Voting Representatives (NVRs) from member organisations in October. This will include:
- information about the meeting agenda
- the voting process for two Elected Director positions on the Ageing Australia Board
- two special resolutions to be put forward for member voting
- how to nominate a proxy for voting
- an event registration link.

Location: Virtual (Zoom registration link and details will be provided in the notice of meeting)
Is your NVR up to date?
An NVR is the person registered to vote on behalf each member organisation. NVRs vote on key Ageing Australia decisions, including elections and special resolutions.
We will prompt members to update their NVRs when we issue the notice of meeting. If your NVR is out of date or you’re unsure, please contact the Membership Administration team on 1300 222 721 or for support.
