Riding the rapids of leadership webinar

Webinar overview

The aged care sector requires skilled leaders who act with agility and respond quickly to changing demands. People who are ready to grow, invest in their leadership practice and create meaningful impact, where it matters most, in the lives of older people.

What does it take to deliver exceptional care? In a landscape focused on regulation and compliance, what core skills are essential for leaders to perform at their best and bring out the best in others?

Designed for those who lead others, seasoned, emerging or new to their role in the sector, this session will unpack the capabilities needed to lead confidently and compassionately in today’s purpose-driven environment.

It will outline what recent research suggests about the fundamental skills that actually work. How leaders can shift from reactive problem-solving to making positive and timely decisions, build psychological safety within teams, and sustain clarity and compassion in high-pressure, emotionally charged contexts.

This complimentary webinar will ask you to consider your current strengths and priority areas, giving you a personalised starting point so you can continue building the skills and confidence you need to lead in a sector calling for leadership excellence.
