On this page you will find a collection of resources as developed by Ageing Australia and other relevant sources to help providers navigate the Support at Home program, a key element of the Aged Care Act 2024, effective from 1 November 2025.

The Support at Home program manual is a guide designed to assist registered providers to understand and comply with the Support at Home program rules, procedures and obligations.

Version 3.0 of the Support at Home program manual is now live. This version includes updates on:

  • Chapter 7.0: New chapter outlining requirements for starting funded aged care services, including service agreements.
  • Chapter 8.0: Redraft of the care management chapter.
  • Chapter 13.0: Additional information for the AT-HM Scheme.
