Pathway through Transition member support and advice

We’re with you every step of the way.

To strengthen our member support and ensure critical transition-related issues are escalated promptly, we’ve established a dedicated Transition Response Team.

From 31 October, and until further notice, please direct all transition and general member enquiries and requests for assistance to:

CaRE member communities of practice

These communities offer a space for members to access tailored resources, connect, support each other, ask questions and share experiences during the transition.

While CaRE moderation is limited at this time, important resources and updates will continue to be shared on critical matters.
